“We loved our time at Hotel Neptuno. The highlight was definitely our room facing the sea; the view of the beach was stunning. Beyond the great location, the service really stood out—every staff member we interacted with was wonderful and made us feel right at home”
“We spent three nights over the festive season. The hotel was clean, staff very welcoming and our suite excellent, including two TV's on central wall so both my daughter and I had our own choice of what to watch. The views were great and rooftop peaceful. Most importantly the ladies working in the spa (which is so nice) were accomodating, professional and friendly. “We have been here to this hotel now a second time and it feels like coming home. Extremely friendly and attentive people. The Hotel Neptuno has a very nice design, inside and outside. I like the rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast, with egg dishes made to order, and I love the taste of the coffee in this place. Good location in front of a very long beach, which I love to walk along for hours. Various places to sit, drink and eat at the beach. I also had a massage at the Spa in the hotel. Again very friendly and skilled people. The massage was an original and authentic Thai massage, and as such extremely good. Looking forward to return again to this very inviting place.”
